When my recent order has arrived it was a missing item , actually a free gift from the Cult beauty. Then I wrote to Customer service and they respond very quickly with apologies and sent me a replacement. I didn't expect anything but the Customer service of Cult beauty is great! Thank you for your assistance! I appreciate that.

Cultbeauty does not send a goody bag!

Cultbeauty does not send a goody bag!I was deceived and forced to make excuses!I place large orders and spend a lot of money on Cultbeauty. It's nice to get a goody bag for your big purchases.But, this time they just didn't put my goody bag in the package. Then Cultbeauty asks for a photo of the package as proof that I'm not lying! I usually do not expect such unpleasant situations and deception from the store, so I do not take photos or videos while opening the parcels.This unpleasant situation offended me! Cultbeauty, I did not expect such unprofessionalism from you. Very sorry.

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service at Cult Beauty. I forgot to enter my discount code at checkout and they were very helpful with helping me to get the discount applied retrospectively. I am very impressed with this customer service.

The customer service team has been very attentive

The customer service team has been superb! I had a bit of a tricky delivery address thta required exta set of directions to be entered in manually /explained to courier company. Team did absolutely brilliantly to accomodate- all arrived safely and promptly

Absolutely disappointing

Absolutely disappointing! Been Waiting for an order for one month, customer service awful, she said to me 2 weeks ago she ll check with the courier and will keep me updated but no email back after that. Now I try to email them again and I get no answer. They took 70£ out of my bank though ??‍♀️

My package arrived so quickly

My package arrived so quickly! I ordered on the weekend and the package arrived on Monday. I am very happy with my order.

Ordered 14.01 and on 19.02 still don’t…

Ordered 14.01 and on 19.02 still don’t have my package. Tracking says it’s in their sorting centre since 26.01, no more updates since. Customer service is useless and non existent. Don’t even answer my mails any more.

After experiencing dreadful customer…

After experiencing dreadful customer service and hassle with orders (didn’t receive them) from look fantastic & morphe I felt compelled to come & leave a good review for cult beauty. I’ve never had an issue with them. Products and delivery have always been great. Good to see some decent companies out there.

I ordered a product from Cult Beaty on…

I ordered a product from Cult Beaty on the 21/1/2021 it was dispatched on the 22/1/2021, good service you would say? That is till they are let down big time by using Hermes as their preferred courier. Hermes have now had the parcel for over 7 days. I’ve raised my issue with ‘Cult Beauty’ customer service, so we will see what solutions they come up with as dealing with Hermes from my end is fruitless. I’m baffled as to why any company would chose Hermes as their preferred option, personally,and I know a lot of others have had nothing but trouble with them. So unfortunately I won’t be buying from Cult again, the delivery service is just too unreliable.

I had a problem with my parcel, but I think it was due to a situation with Brexit. And Frances is a very helpful assistant :)!
